Terma dan syarat ini adalah untuk pengetahuan dan sekaligus menjadi perjanjian antara Ifaaniy Art dan Agent.

Dengan mendaftar sebagai Agent, kami menganggap anda telahpun bersetuju dan menerima terma dan syarat yang telah digariskan oleh Ifaaniy Art. Mohon tidak meneruskan urusan jika tidak bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat yang telah digariskan di dalam halaman ini.

Istilah berikut adalah digunakan untuk Terma dan Syarat ini, Polisi Privasi dan Notis Penafian dan semua Perjanjian: “client” “pelanggan”, “anda” Ägent” merujuk kepada anda, orang yang melayari laman web ini atau Agent dan mematuhi terma dan syarat Syarikat. “Syarikat”, “HQ”, “kami”, merujuk kepada Syarikat kami. ” all party”, “semua pihak”, merujuk kepada Pelanggan dan kami sendiri. Semua syarat merujuk kepada tawaran, penerimaan dan pertimbangan pembayaran yang diperlukan untuk melakukan proses bantuan kami kepada Pelanggan dengan cara yang paling tepat untuk tujuan yang jelas untuk memenuhi keperluan pelanggan berkenaan dengan penyediaan perkhidmatan yang dinyatakan oleh Syarikat, sesuai dengan dan tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia yang berlaku. Sebarang penggunaan istilah di atas atau kata-kata lain dalam bentuk huruf tunggal, jamak, dan / atau dia atau mereka, dianggap sebagai pertukaran dan oleh itu merujuk kepada yang sama.

Teras

• Semua Agent dibawah Ifaaniy Art adalah tertakluk kepada Terma & Syarat yang telah digariskan oleh HQ.
• Agent mempunyai status kedudukan yang sama rata walau Rank berbeza.
• Agent di Rank Atas tidak memegang kedudukan Rank Anak  sepenuhnya, HQ berhak untuk membuat perubahan mengikut kesesuaian.
• Semua Agent mempunyai hak untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut berkaitan tindakan HQ dengan cara hubungi HQ secara terus.
• Setiap Agent Perlu menghormati Dasar Kongsi yang dibawa oleh Ifaaniy Art.
• HQ mempunyai hak mutlak atas mana-mana dan apa-apa permohonan yang dibuat oleh agent samaada untuk terima atau menolak permintaan itu.
• Segala hal berkaitan pengurusan Agent, termasuk pertukaran, perubahan, pembaharuan adalah tertakluk kepada keputusan dari HQ dan hanya dari HQ yang diterima pakai.
• HQ boleh meletakkan dan memindahkan mana-mana Rank Anak yang baru daftar yang tidak mempunyai sponsor.
• HQ boleh memindahkan Rank Anak dari agent atasan dari kumpulannya kepada kumpulan lain dengan notis kepada ketua kumpulan semasa.
•  HQ boleh “assign” mana-mana Rank Anak kepada sesiapa sahaja yang berada di Rank Atas.
• Agent Atas dan terutamanya ketua kumpulan adalah orang yang bertanggungjawab untuk menyampaikan dan memastikan apa-apa maklumat dari HQ sampai ke agent di Rank Anak didalam kumpulannya.
• Agent di Rank Atasan mempunyai tugas untuk menghasilkan konten untuk agent Rank Anak dibawahnya secara berterusan dan secara berkala.
• HQ boleh melucutkan Rank mana-mana Agent sahaja berdasarkan penilaian dari HQ atas apa-apa sebab yang munasabah.
• Voting akan dilaksanakan jika perlu.
• Semua Agent boleh membuat complain di page feedback untuk complain apa-apa yang dirasakan tidak kena atau ingin mengadu kesalah gunaan terhadap mana-mana-mana agent sekalipun.
• Keputusan terhadap aduan dari agent adalah hak mutlak HQ untuk tentukan setelah membuat pemerhatian dan pendengaran bela diri dari dua-dua belah pihak.
• Segala perbelanjaan mengikut kreativiti dan usaha ekstra agent diluar dari kempen Ifaaniy Art adalah ditanggung oleh Agent sendiri sekiranya agent ingin membuat usaha ekstra.

Dasar Kongsi & Muafakat

Produk Kolaborasi Agent dan HQ

Ganjaran dan Points 

• Segala perubahan adalah tertakluk mutlak kepada HQ untuk meminda, mengubah dan memindahkan nilai mata Points sedia ada kepada nilai yang lain jika perlu.
• Points yang dimiliki oleh Agent boleh ditambah dan ditolak secara manual oleh HQ mengikut keperluan yang munasabah, namun sebarang penolakan akan dimaklumkan oleh HQ kepada Agent yang berkenaan jika berlaku.
• Points boleh ditukarkan atau ditebus kepada duit jika memenuhi syarat tertentu. Antara syaratnya ialah, Points mestilah berada di kedudukan minima 2500pts untuk membuat penebusan.
• Kiraan baki Points ada dua kaedah iaitu baki pts semasa dan baki pts keseluruhan. baki pts semasa digunakan untuk agent menebus kepada duit pada kadar RM1=250pts. Manakala baki pts keseluruhan pula adalah untuk mengira kedudukan Star Tier Agent untuk mendapat ganjaran Star Tier.
